Strike-hit private hire cab firm Bolt is facing further legal action in the latest tussle over platform workers’ rights. 

The employment tribunal claim, lodged in London, is being brought by the UK’s GMB Union on behalf of drivers who are allegedly being denied their workers’ rights.
