Eight-in-ten working dads believe their employer is not doing enough to support fathers in the workplace with almost half of respondents saying they would consider switching roles to access better paternity leave and pay, according to a new survey.
Published on Father’s Day, the polling of almost 8,000 UK workers by the campaign group Pregnant Then Screwed paints a bleak picture for working dads and should act as a warning to employers as the skills and recruitment crisis takes hold.
