Employee- and union-side litigator Amy F Shulman has been elected to the American Bar Association’s (ABA) labor and employment law (LEL) section council.

The LEL section has more than 20,000 members across the US who represent all perspectives of labour and employment law, including management, union, plaintiff, neutral, and public.
