Linklaters has introduced a new global policy and support package for colleagues across the magic circle firm who are directly or indirectly impacted by the menopause.

The policy aims to raise awareness of menopause and help to retain and support women of all ages into senior roles, the firm said in a statement.

According to data from the Office for National Statistics, nearly 4.5 million women between 50 and 64-years old are in work. The average age of menopause for UK women is 51.
