Specialisms

The department is able to act on a broad range of critical issues impacting workforce management, including those with a cross-border angle.

For example, its advisory services encompass incentives, privacy considerations, and pensions – as well as the employment aspects of transactions. In the latter, the group is able to collaborate with the firm’s M&A department to advise on due diligence and post-transaction integration processes.

Expertise in this field extends to the establishment of employment agreements (both individual and collective), changes in working conditions, and restructuring and downsizing operations – as well as termination of individual contracts. 

The team is also adept at taking on more sensitive work, including investigations, whistleblowing cases, and disputes before the Norwegian Labour Authority and domestic courts.
