Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law is a highly respected employment law boutique, with offices in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Munich. Name partners Tobias Pusch and Thomas Wahlig are key contacts at the firm.

Reorganisation and restructuring are another field of expertise, including downsizing, relocations, and transfers of business. Support in this area extends to representation in collective bargaining negotiations, works council hearings, and disputes.

The firm also offers a dedicated pensions group, which supports clients from establishment through to termination of pension commitments. This expertise extends to representation in disputes (including mass proceedings), M&A and restructuring projects, and pensions issues relating to senior executives and board members.
