Drew & Napier’s employment department is led by Benjamin Gaw and Kelvin Tan. The team has recognised abilities in contentious issues, and is experienced in assisting clients with cross-border mandates.

Advisory work for the group includes employee transfers and other employment aspects of M&A, as well as restructuring operations.

The team is also well placed to advise on cross-border staffing issues, including transfers, secondments, immigration, and taxation.

In addition, the group is adept at taking on contentious matters. The team’s experience includes disputes relating to breaches of duty, terminations, and restrictive covenants.
