Contentious work involves representation at employment tribunals, and civil and criminal courts, as well as before the labour authorities. The group is well placed to advise on both individual claims and disputes with trade unions and works councils.

Its labour relations practice extends to advising on collective bargaining agreements, including their negotiation, and workforce planning.
