UK government rejects NDA ban in financial services

The UK government has refused to ban non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in the financial services sector, rejecting recommendations from an influential group of MPs.

In its report entitled “Sexism in the City”, published in March, the Treasury Committee found a “shocking” prevalence of sexism and misogyny among financial services firms and a culture that is “holding back women”.
